We like to ensure that you maintain your pearly whites for as long as possible. As most dental problems can be prevented by good oral hygiene and basic knowledge about food choices, we advise that you see the hygienist for a professional dental clean twice a year.

 

At this appointment, our hygienist will examine the state of your gums and your teeth for any cavities. Hand scaling will then be used followed by Airflow and ultrasound if necessary.

 

Early intervention and small tweaks in your brushing technique can prevent costly dental treatments in the future.

 

We recommend that you brush twice a day for around 2 minutes each time. Manual toothbrushes are as effective as the electric ones, it all depends on your technique. 

 

Please, do not forget to floss... Yes we know, it's an effort but you will save a lot of money on your future dental appointments if you can efficiently remove plaque between your teeth.

 

Water irrigator is a good alternative to flossing. We can propose this handy appliance by WaterPik. Use mouthwash and water together when irrigating to stay cavity free forever!
